Guild Bank

The Guild Bank is the resource provided for the guild to share materials, gear, food and other items. Players are limited in the number of items per day they may withdraw by rank. Please consider sharing items that you loot, create or otherwise acquire by placing them in an appropriate place in the bank. We attempt to keep it organized.  However, when putting items into the bank help us keep it that way by looking for similar items and stack them, if possible.  Any help you can provide in keeping the contents organized is greatly appreciated.
 
If you find an item you can use, feel free to take it. (Can use is defined the same as need when looting. "Because I want the gold" is not an appropriate reason.) If it is materials for a profession, please use them for yourself or guild mates only. For example, if a guild mate needs an enchantment you can provide, feel free to use materials from the guild bank. However, never withdraw materials for items or services you intend to sell; they are there to benefit the guild.  Only the Guild Master or his/her designee should remove items from the bank to sell. The money gained from these items will be placed back in the guild bank to provide funds for repairs.

Do not put grey items in the guild bank. Also if you are leveling a profession, please do not overload the guild bank with lower level items you create. Putting a few items that will probably be used into the guild bank is fine; putting 30 Plate Bracers of the Bovine isn't. If you really want to contribute, sell the items on the Auction House or to a vendor and donate the money. Guild bank storage isn't limitless; help us keep the clutter to a minimum.

Please do not use the guild bank as extra storage for YOU. If you need extra storage consider a bank alt to hold the items. Even mailing the items to an alt (and leaving them in the mail) can provide up to 30 days of temporary "storage". (Unopened mail is automatically returned after 30 days.)

Remember, once you place something in the guild bank it belongs to the guild community.  It is available to anyone in the guild who has access to take/use.
